X Follow & Repost Campaign

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the X Follow & Repost Campaign (the "Campaign") organized by Metaplanet Inc. (the "Organizer").

By participating in the Campaign, participants are deemed to have agreed to all provisions of these Terms.

February 6, 2026 – March 20, 2026 (JST)

The Organizer reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Campaign at any time without prior notice.

To enter the Campaign, participants must:

• Repost (RT) the designated Campaign post on X (formerly Twitter)
• Follow all of the following X accounts:
  • @BitcoinJP_
  • @Metaplanet
  • @Blockstream

Only one (1) X account per person is permitted.
Multiple or automated entries will be disqualified.

One (1) winner will be randomly selected each week, for a total of six (6) winners, on the following dates:

• February 13, 2026
• February 20, 2026
• February 27, 2026
• March 6, 2026
• March 13, 2026
• March 20, 2026

The Organizer will not respond to inquiries regarding the selection process or results.

The prize is one (1) Blockstream Jade Plus hardware wallet.

For the purposes of the Act against Unjustifiable Premiums and Misleading Representations of Japan, the fair market value of the prize is deemed to be JPY 26,700 (tax included) per unit.

The prize will be shipped directly to the winner from Blockstream Inc., located in the United States.

This Campaign is organized and administered solely by the Organizer. Blockstream Inc. provides the prize only and is not involved in the planning, operation, administration, or selection of winners.

Any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, consumption taxes, or other public charges, fees, or expenses incurred in connection with delivery shall be borne solely by the winner. *

* To avoid any misunderstanding this means that shipping costs and any other related costs and charges are not included and need to be paid for by the winner.

The prize may not be exchanged for cash, returned, transferred, or resold.

Winners will be contacted via direct message (DM) from @BitcoinJP_.

Failure to respond within five (5) days may result in forfeiture and selection of an alternate winner.

Entries may be disqualified if:

• The X account is private
• Required actions are reversed prior to winner selection
• False or misleading information is provided
• Automated, fraudulent, or suspicious activity is detected

The Organizer is not obligated to disclose reasons for disqualification.

This Campaign is open to participants worldwide.

Participants are responsible for compliance with all applicable local laws and regulations.

Personal information collected will be used solely for prize fulfillment and administration, and will be handled in accordance with the Organizer's Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.

Participation in this Campaign does not require any financial regulatory registration, license, or approval.

This Campaign is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by X, nor is it associated with X.

The Organizer shall not be liable for damages arising from system failures, delivery issues, customs actions, force majeure events, or changes in applicable laws or platform specifications.

Participants represent and warrant that they are not affiliated with any criminal or anti-social organizations.

Violations may result in disqualification and prize forfeiture.

The Organizer reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time.

Amended Terms shall take effect upon publication via the Organizer's official channels.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Japan.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court.
